Posematic

Posing that keeps up with your imagination.

A modern posing app for the modern artist: fast anatomy, modern UI, and sketch-to-pose AI that turns rough lines into clear 3D reference.

Flagship

Sketch to pose, powered by machine learning and proven algorithms.

We are empowering the next generation of posing apps: go from a sketch to a believable pose, then keep iterating without disrupting your creative flow.

What is a posing app?

A posing app lets you position a 3D figure (limbs, torso, camera) so you can light, frame, and capture reference for illustration or animation. It is the bridge between “I know what I want to draw” and “I can see it clearly enough to commit ink to canvas.”

Posematic treats that bridge as a core product: fast iteration, readable anatomy, and workflows that respect how artists and creatives actually work.

Existing posing apps are broken

Four pain points we hear a lot, each with how we aim to tackle these problems.

From real testimonies

Posing takes too long

Posing apps take too long to figure out when I can grab references online.”

Illustrator, Digital Artist

Our fix: Posematic cuts iteration time with sketch-first input and controls tuned for speed.

Archaic & Inefficient UI/UX

“It’s easy to start, but once you need more control, the UI gets confusing and unintuitive.”

Casual Artist, Hobbyist

Our fix: We are rebuilding the interface around a modern, easily readable layout you actually understand.

Inaccurate anatomy

“I wish the models were more accurate, the models lack useful anatomical landmarks.”

Professional entertainment artist, Freelance

Our fix: Anatomy is a core pillar: believable default presets, clearer silhouettes, and physiological posing.

Expensive for casuals and professionals

“A lot of the features I need are locked behind paywalls, and they’re just too expensive.”

From many artists interviewed

Our fix: Fair tiers with a generous path for students and early supporters. More details to be provided at launch.

More than a posing app: a reference hub built for every artist

We are building toward a single place where creatives can trust their references of the body, face, clothing, and more, plus physics and perspective tools most competitors simply do not ship.

Reference

Sketch to face pose

Turn doodles of faces into a readable adn accurate facial pose you can maniuplate.

Image to face pose

Find the right image to the right expressions. Especially when you need a fast match to a photo.

3D perspective grids & live vanishing points

Draw with proper perspective that updates as you move the camera.

Cloth physics

Uncommon

Draping that reacts to changes in the environment. Uncommon in similar tools.

Hair physics

Uncommon

Strand motion that follows head turns and movements. Another area we want to nail.

Asaro head references

Undertand the human head, providing a reference you can rotate under studio lighting.

Animation

Sketch to animation

Turn animations into useable reference material. We aim for fast previews and iteration.

Video to animation

Take motion videos and convert it into reliable poses, animated and all.

Custom rig support

Bring your own rigs where it matters. We aim to support a wide range of rig types.

Team

Developers who care about the craft as much as the code, with backgrounds in graphics, ML, and real-time 3D. We're a small team, but with a focused roadmap: Posematic.
